Man pleads not guilty
A man who was allegedly involved in ATM robberies across Victoria's west, has been committed to stand trial.
Between the period of November 2018 and March this year, it's alleged Haddon man Robert Fitzpatrick and two other associates, stole a total of $285,000 from a number of ATMs, including from the Bendigo Banks of Lake Bolac and Dunkeld.
The 38-year-old is believed to have secured $96,000 in the machine stolen from Lake Bolac.
Appearing in court on Tuesday, the man pleaded not guilty to 30 different charges, some not related to the ATM thefts.
